Ballet Inspired Fitness - No dancing experience required!

Barre is a full-­body workout that uses smaller, isometric movements to sculpt your arms, legs, abdominals, hips, thighs, and seat. This class will allow your body to increase flexibility while you tone, burn calories, and gain lean muscle. 

Class variations may include aerobic cardio and use of light weights.

​The exercises target muscles that support and stabilize the body and which are often neglected in everyday life and by other forms of exercise. Expect fun music, an amazing workout, and great stretches.
